How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Everyone who contacts Healthypregnant Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Healthypregnant Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, raise it with the provider first. Keep a written record.
Tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Healthypregnant Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
How to File
Email contact@healthypregnant.bar. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you have it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not fix things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
